Almost everyone that comes to the White Light Ranch notices something special. It's more than the horses peacefully grazing or the Spanish moss in the grandfather oaks. It's a sense of serenity and healing. We recently had a film crew from L.A. doing a video tape of using horses to heal returning veteran's. During my interview I was asked, "So, what all this that I keep hearing about the magic?" I simply smiled and began to tell her all about it. It is here. It is real. You can feel it and it can help you. People often remark that when they pass through the front gate, they feel as though they have entered a different world. We feel that horses are only as strong as their weakest member and the herd tries to bring everyone up to their highest functioning level. Luckily for us they don't discriminate if you have two or four legs.
Healing with Horses Retreats
We are pleased to announce our monthly Healing with Horses Retreats.Dates for 2009 are October 11, 24, November 8, 21 and December 6 from 1-7 PM. Retreats will begin in 2010 on January 10.
For centuries horses have exuded a mystical quality. Spend an afternoon understanding how they can help you become emotionally empowered, gain heightened spiritual awareness, and rejuvenate your life purpose. No horse experience is necessary.
Enjoy dinner and a bonfire at the end of the day to complete the experience.
